  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cups fresh apple cider
  • Mulling spices
  • 3 bricks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Apple Cider Reduction: Boil fresh apple cider with mulling spices for about 1 hour until thickened to 1/3 cup; let cool.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  4. Lower Oven Temperature: Reduce temperature to 325°F after removing the crust.
