  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 10-cup bundt pan by greasing it.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix apple cider and applesauce until well combined.
  4. In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
  5. Gradually alternate mixing in the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Stir gently with a rubber spatula to avoid overmixing.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
