  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Ensure each piece is well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle cornstarch over marinated chicken pieces and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
