  • 3 organic chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Optional: red pepper flakes and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli in a pot with water for about 3-5 minutes until tender but crisp.
  2. In a bowl, combine tamari, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch, grated ginger, and coconut sugar; whisk until smooth.
